🥩 Monday – Steak & Rice Power Bowl
Grilled steak tips with brown rice, roasted sweet peppers, and avocado. Topped with a light chipotle lime drizzle.
🌯 Tuesday – Turkey Club Wrap
Sliced turkey breast with lettuce, tomato, hummus spread and shredded cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Served with fruit.
🍲 Wednesday – Chicken Fajita Bowl
Seasoned grilled chicken with quinoa, sautéed peppers and onions, and a side of black bean.

Roasted salmon with wild rice, steamed broccoli, and a lemon cream drizzle.

Grilled chicken with brown rice, broccoli, carrots, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Served with a coconut aminos glaze.

Lean ground beef, shredded lettuce, carrots, and hummus in a whole grain tortilla. Served with a side of fruit.

Rotating proteins tossed with olive oil and herbs over quinoa, feta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and kalamata olives.

Chef Jenny is a specialist in functional foods & a holistic nutritionist. She will be presenting cutting edge nutrition information to our athletes monthly in addition to overseeing this program for our athlete’s nutrition.
Jenny Ross is a head chef, certified nutritionist, and 5-time published author specializing in performance-focused, whole food nutrition. With over 15 years of experience creating healing meal plans and running plant-based restaurants, she now works with athletes and wellness communities to optimize energy, recovery, and overall health through strategic, nutrient-dense food programs. Her approach blends culinary creativity with science-backed nutrition to help individuals thrive on and off the field.
