Meet our Head Chef
Chef Jenny is a specialist in functional foods & a holistic nutritionist. She will be presenting cutting edge nutrition information to our athletes monthly in addition to overseeing this program for our athlete’s nutrition.
Jenny Ross is a chef, certified holistic nutritionist, and 5-time bestselling author with nearly two decades of experience helping people use food as a tool for performance, recovery, and lifelong health.
As the former owner and executive chef of award-winning wellness restaurants and a leader in culinary nutrition education, she now partners with athletes, families, and wellness organizations to develop practical, performance-driven nutrition programs.
Her approach combines chef-crafted meals with evidence-informed nutrition to fuel stronger bodies, faster recovery, and sustainable habits that support success both in sport and in everyday life.
